Behaviour

As I’ve already mentioned, Emma’s behaviour has changed dramatically in the last 12 months. Gone is that independent cat we first adopted, who was loving in her own way and always came charging to the front door when we came home. Nowadays if she actually realises someones in the house, that’s a good day! There are also days when she clearly has no idea who I am. She’s also become very clinging and even a lap cat but has also bitten us on more than a couple of occasions, something she would NEVER have done 18 months ago. We take each day as it comes and are going with the flow with her behaviour, and never take it personally. However, if you have children, or vulnerable adults in the house I would recommend you give extra supervision when they are around your cat, as even the most soppy cat can become unpredictable with CDS.
